It's no secret that Lady Gaga has been highly influenced by the surrealists.

And it looks like she just can't get them out of her head, as she arrived to the premiere of her new album with a Salvador Dali moustache.

Wearing her short blonde hair in a slicked back 'do, Gaga, 27, certainly channeled the eccentricity of the famed Spanish artist.

She juxtaposed the masculine black moustache with leather-clad lingerie which she seductively exposed under a fur-lined black cape.

Her eyes were lined with shimmering white shadow to make them look even bigger and expressive, just like Dali who often posed for photos with his eyes wide with shock.

However, her lips were pursed with a slight pink lipstick, pouting her way in front of the cameras at Berlin's club Berghain.

The location is special to Gaga, who considers it her favourite joint in the German capital.

Tweeting before the event, Gaga wrote: '2day at AMPYA ARTPOP listening party in Germany I'll perform the world premiere of 'Gypsy' at the piano! Stream it tonight around the world!'

This will be the first play of Gypsy as the singer will be debuting a new track in each country she visits.

Gaga was free to enjoy the album listening party without the pressure of a legal battle hanging over her.

The singer's former assistant Jennifer O'Neill had filed a suit against the star for $400,000 in unpaid overtime.

But a settlement was revealed on Monday in a court order dismissing the case, allowing Gaga to avoid a trial, previously scheduled for next month.

O'Neill had claimed the singer cheated her out of overtime wages when she worked for her for a few weeks in early 2009 and for 13 months beginning in February 2010.

The former friend of Gaga had testified she was responsible for sometimes monitoring the singer's communications and for handling about 20 bags of luggage.

According to court papers, Lady Gaga, listed in the litigation under her birth name - Stefani Germanotta - and O'Neill frequently slept in the same bed because O'Neill never had her own hotel room while on tour and was required to address Lady Gaga's needs throughout the night.

The case gave a fascinating glimpse at Gaga's crazy world, with the 27-year-old testifying for six hours under oath ahead of the planned court case.
