Kelly Osbourne apologises to Lady Gaga for her 'childish' Twitter outburst ...
Is there any of that cake still going?
If someone offered us a rather creamy looking, mouthwatering cake with our name written in pink icing as a peace offering for being a bit nasty to us, we'd most definitely forgive them for just about anything. Baked goods are the way to our heart. But Kelly Obsourne wasn't so impressed when Lady Gaga did just that after her performance on the X Factor weekend, as she presented Kel's mum Sharon with a gigantic birthday cake for her daughter, as a peace offering for their very public feud. We reckon if it had been a caterpillar cake, things would have gone more smoothly. Actually, 'wasn't so impressed' is a bit of an understatement. Kelly was FUMING that Gaga had dared to give her such a delicious looking sorry, and even told her to "Eat my sh*t", as well as "I like desert, but i prefer the truth... it's sweeter", and "#StefaniStopIt!. You are so far behind you think you are first! I live for a #Cause not for the #Applause!!!!!!!" The pair have been at war with one another since Lady G wrote one of those bloody open letters to Kelly last year, addressing all the criticism that she'd given her on the E! show, Fashion Police, after Kelly suggested she looked preggers in her Grammys outfit. As a result of that, Gaga's ever loyal monsters then sent approximately ten million death threats to Kelly. ANYWAY, back to cake related matters, Kelly has decided that actually, buttercream icing is a pretty good way to make friends, and has apologised for her outburst.
"I acted like a child last night," Kelly tweeted to Gaga sheepishly. "Just not into publicity stunts call me & we will end this like adults I dont want 2 fight anymore." Err... so are we both alright here then, gals? Shall we all just have a slice of red velvet and forget this ever happened? No soggy bottoms please, and chuck us a bit with extra icing, tah. What do you think of this whole drama? Did Kel need to apologise for going a bit mental at Gaga's cakey prezzie? Or was Gaga's apology not good enough?
